Validation of the job satisfaction scale for nursing professionals: factor and network analysis / Validação da escala de satisfação no trabalho para profissionais de enfermagem: análise fatorial e de rede

Objetivo: avaliar evidências de validade da estrutura da Escala de Satisfação no Trabalho para profissionais de enfermagem. Metodologia: estudo psicométrico de análise fatorial confirmatória, de confiabilidade e de rede da Escala de Satisfação no Trabalho, realizado com profissionais enfermeiros e técnicos de enfermagem. Resultados: participaram 385 profissionais, sendo 160 (41,6%) técnicos ou auxiliares de enfermagem e 225 (58,4%) enfermeiros. O modelo apresentou elevados índices de ajuste. A análise multigrupo repetiu o desempenho tanto para a categoria de enfermeiros quanto para técnicos. A análise de rede corroborou significativamente com a estrutura da escala e sua divisão em domínios. Conclusão: após a análise fatorial e de rede, não foi necessário realizar ajustes na versão de quinze itens e cinco fatores. O instrumento apresentou validade e pode ser utilizado com confiabilidade para avaliar o construto satisfação para profissionais de enfermagem, tanto enfermeiros quanto técnicos.
