Resumo: O artigo trata, em linhas gerais, das relações entre ecologia e pandemia, procurando demonstrar que a longa convivência dos Humanos com os animais é fonte de inúmeras doenças e que, atualmente, a produção industrial de aves, agravou o quadro. É objetivo do artigo, igualmente demonstrar que há um quadro legal vigente no Brasil que dota o Poder Público de instrumentos para enfrentar a Pandemia do Covid 19.

Abstract: The article deals, in general lines, with the relationship between ecology and pandemic, trying to demonstrate that the long coexistence of Humans beings with animals is a source of innumerable diseases and that, currently, the industrial production of birds, has aggravated the situation. The objective of the article is also to demonstrate that there is a legal framework in force in Brazil that equips the public authorities with instruments to face the Covid 19 Pandemic.
