TEATRO LATINO AMERICANO: INCURSÕES HISTÓRICAS E TEÓRICAS DAS ÚLTIMAS DÉCADAS A PARTIR DA CONTEMPORANEIDADE

Resumo

RESUMO Pautado na perspectiva de que o teatro é uma prática política cultural, o presente artigo realiza, pelo viés histórico e teórico, uma investigação sobre o Teatro Latino Americano. A análise atravessa quatro décadas, partindo do Teatro Novo até chegar a cultura de celebridade e a entronização do narcisismo na dramaturgia atual. Palavras-chave: Cultura; História; Teatro Político; Arte ABSTRACT Based on the perspective that theater is a cultural political practice, this article carries out, through a historical and theoretical, an investigation about the Latin American Theater. The analysis goes through four decades, starting from the New Theater to arrive at a culture of celebrity and an entrance of narcissism in the current dramaturgy.
