Abstract

In this essay, I try to present some preliminary inquiries and reflections on the necessary theoretical and methodological frame for the beginning of my PhD research. The text is mostly a set of problems and intersections I am facing (especially the Classical Studies’ Coloniality) and it ends with a conclusion about the decolonial implications of the research on Antiquity happening in the Global South. I present the train of thought of this first semester of the PhD Studies.
