Abstract

The aim of this article was to analyze the true role of the integralist activist (green blouse) in the ranks of the movement. To carry out this discussion, we used as a source one of the main periodicals of Ação Integralista Brasileira (AIB), Revista Anauê! which circulated between 1935 and 1937. In the magazine it is possible to find references to green blouses and their role in building a strong Brazil. For AIB, they would be the main responsible for the Brazil of tomorrow, but this would only be possible if they were good wives and mothers. To make this a reality, integralism adopted measures (moral, physical, eugenic, among others) that aimed to shape female behavior. , in order to make them perfect wives and mothers or in other words, the true builders of the Brazil of tomorrow
