Este artigo analisa criticamente a construção e desconstrução da imagem pública de Lady Gaga a partir de seus álbuns de estúdio, de The Fame (2008) a Mayhem (2025), com foco na faixa “Perfect Celebrity”. Considerando os álbuns como unidades narrativas e simbólicas, investiga-se como a artista articula elementos estéticos, discursivos e performáticos para questionar e reconfigurar os paradigmas da fama e da autenticidade na cultura pop contemporânea. A pesquisa adota uma abordagem qualitativa de caráter exploratório, fundamentada na análise de conteúdo e sustentada por referenciais teóricos dos estudos culturais, da performance e da teoria crítica. O estudo evidencia como Gaga mobiliza sua persona artística para tensionar as normas de gênero, identidade e espetáculo, transformando o pop em campo de resistência simbólica.
