This is a narrative of the event of my grandmother's funeral, in April 2020, at the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic in Brazil. It is a personal account, told from an anthropological perspective. I rescue scenes and experienced emotions with the intention of reassembling them as ethnographic data. Thus, this report is as a photograph in which, from a scenario, it tells a story about death and funerals during the coronavirus pandemic in Rio de Janeiro.
