Fatores de estresse percebidos e comportamentos de enfrentamento de estudantes de enfermagem na prática clínica: um estudo transversal / The perceived stress factors and coping behaviors of nursing students in clinical practice: a cross-sectional study

Objetivo: o objetivo deste estudo foi determinar o nível de estresse vivenciado por estudantes de enfermagem na prática clínica, os estressores que contribuem para esse estresse e os comportamentos de enfrentamento que os estudantes de enfermagem empregam para gerenciar o estresse Método: o estudo empregou um design descritivo. Os dados foram coletados via Google Forms entre 8 de dezembro de 2022 e 2 de junho de 2023. Resultado: a idade média dos participantes foi de 20,83 ± 1,62 anos e 28,1% eram estudantes de enfermagem do segundo ano. A forma mais prevalente de estresse relatada pelos participantes foi o estresse de cuidar de pacientes, seguido pelo estresse de professores e pessoal de enfermagem e As estratégias de enfrentamento mais frequentemente relatadas entre os participantes foram a evitação. Conclusões: educadores e enfermeiros devem reconhecer que os erros são uma parte inerente do processo de aprendizagem, entender o estresse vivenciado pelos alunos e fornecer suporte para capacitá-los a se concentrarem no aprendizado positivo.
