Evidence of validity based on the internal structure of the stress in the person–health environment interaction questionnaire (SPHEIQ) / Evidências de validade baseadas na estrutura interna do questionário de estresse na interação pessoa-ambiente de saúde (QUEIPAS)

Objetivo: verificar evidências de validade baseadas na estrutura interna do Questionário de Estresse na Interação Pessoa-Ambiente de Saúde (QUEIPAS) e estabelecer uma escala interpretativa para o escore por meio da Teoria da Resposta ao Item. Método: estudo metodológico fundamentado nos polos teórico, empírico e analítico da Psicometria. Desenvolveu-se o QUEIPAS, com base no Sistema Interpessoal do Modelo Conceitual de Imogene King, aplicado a 965 pacientes da Atenção Primária. Resultados: dos 28 itens iniciais, 16 permaneceram na versão final (cargas fatoriais >0,7; comunalidades >0,4). Os índices de ajuste foram adequados (CFI=0,994; GFI=0,993; AGFI=0,992; RMSEA=0,036; RMSR=0,053). Na Teoria da Resposta ao Item, os itens apresentaram boa discriminação (>0,7) e adequada distribuição de dificuldade. Foi construída escala com 10 níveis interpretativos do estresse na interação pessoa-ambiente de saúde. Conclusão: o questionário apresentou evidências robustas de validade de estrutura interna e escala interpretativa para mensurar esse estresse.
