From the survey of problems, the following research question arose: what is the relevance of nurses in the identification and early treatment of sepsis? Results: the sample consisted of 10 articles selected from 2014 to 2024. The study carried out with nurses demonstrated significant improvements in the early identification of sepsis (65.8% to 87.3%), improvement in the ability to care for these patients (62.4% to 86.6%), and increased mobilization of the team for early treatment after specific training for patients with sepsis (66.3% to 85.6%). Conclusion: the results positively highlight that after training there was an improvement in early identification and advancement in the ability to care for patients with sepsis.
