Objective: to map therapeutic interventions for Burnout Syndrome in health professionals working in health services. A search was conducted in scientific databases and grey literature portals, using a combination of descriptors with the categories of health professionals. Results: 7,783 studies were retrieved and, after subsequent evaluation by independent peers, 13 studies were included in the final sample. The majority of the studies are from the United States of America, with Nursing as the most studied professional category. Final considerations: a variety of therapeutic interventions were found, with mindfulness techniques being the most used for Burnout Syndrome. The importance of providing a comprehensive approach that is, multifactorial and individual, including psychosocial aspects that directly influence the health of professionals is highlighted.
