The Records in the Aid in the Research with the Client Interned: A Caso Study

Abstract

Experience report, based on the experience of three nursing students during clinical teaching hospital. Objectives: To describe the difficulties of access to customer records in the hospital and discuss the use of medical records to the health team. Methodology: this is a theoretical and empirical qualitative, quasi-experimental, non-randomized, retrospective time. Results: In this period, the students made a case study, in which encountered difficulties in the phase of data collection due to deficiency in the notes in the charts. This fact served as motivation for the study. Conclusion: once again highlighted the many difficulties of access to the patient by nursing students and the relevance of record for the health team is expected to occur greater appreciation of the records to which raise the quality of service and expand research possibilities.
