Abstract

Objectives: Identify the scientific production in nursing to address the issue of alcohol consumption during pregnancy in the last five years, analyze, from production found, the actions of Nursing in prenatal regarding the consumption of alcohol by pregnant women. Type of exploratory research literature. Sources: Databases and BIREME in scientific journals that address related issues. Results: The following actions / interventions of Nursing: interact / communicate / receive, recognize the context, apply the clinic expanded; detect the use / abuse of alcohol; guide / educate health. Conclusion: Based on these actions, the nurse can work in prenatal consultation in order to intervene in possible findings, avoiding or reducing the risk caused by ingestion of alcohol during pregnancy.
