Abstract

Objectives: To relate in scientific literature the production of the knowledge of nursing in health of the worker in the hospital scope; e to argue the main boarded subjects for the nursing in health of the worker, the hospital scope. Methods: One consists of a bibliographical research of the exploratória type, with use of qualitative boarding. Carried through through the databases: BDENF, LILACS and SciELO. After the collection of data we carry through exploratória, selective, analytical and interpretativa a reading. Results: One got 23 scientific articles for the analysis, which detach the work conditions where the nursing team acts, approaching the main risks occupational, between them it estresse generated for the work load, the double day of works, chemical exposition the biological fluids, risks, ergonomic risks, occupational violence among others. Conclusion: The study the concern with the extreme load of activities standes out among others factors that affect the quality in the installment of the assistance.
