Abstract

Objective: To analyze the care-related risks identified by Nursing Technicians. Methodology: An exploratory, prospective, and quantitative study conducted in a virtual environment using the static simulation scenario “Seven Risks Game,” developed on the Canva® platform and based on Patient Safety Goal 3. The game content was validated by experts using the Content Validity Ratio (CVR). Nursing technicians aged 18 years or older participated through an online invitation, consent form, and access to the game. Responses were analyzed using descriptive statistics and categorized according to the medication protocol of the Brazilian National Patient Safety Program. Results: A total of 57 valid responses were analyzed, mostly from female participants (72%) and professionals working in private hospitals (92%). Participants identified an average of 6.11±2.4 risks, with the most frequent being patient identification errors due to homonymous names. Conclusion: The game facilitated the recognition of risks and demonstrated educational potential for strengthening the culture of safety.
