Abstract

Exploratory study with the study object the activities exerted for the nurses in the daily of the hospital scene, having as objective to identify the activities executed for the Nurses in the hospital scene, to analyze the findings grounded in the administrative conception of nursing of Trevizan and comment them through the thought of Florence Nightingale in the conception of Lady-nurses and Nurses. Material and Methods: the study it used a questionnaire with the question: Which the activities that you more execute in the hospital scene? Applied the 32 Nurses. Results of the Analysis: they had pointed with respect to Administrative, subdivided in bureaucratic with 62,3% and not-bureaucratic 37,7% and to another not-administrative one. Quarrel: in the findings I observed that we do not find the Ladies Nurses nor Nurses in the hospital scene, and yes, the Manager Nurse, in the direction of a narrow relation between the administration and the assistance. Final Considerations: the necessity of the deepening of the term Manager Nurse, that was not proposal of this study
