Educational health technologies for the self-care of children and adolescents with cancer: scoping review /Tecnologias educacionais em saúde para autocuidado de crianças e adolescentes com câncer: revisão de escopo

Objetivo: mapear tecnologias educacionais em saúde voltadas ao autocuidado de crianças e adolescentes com câncer. Metodologia: revisão de escopo, realizada em 2024. Incluíram-se estudos com indivíduos de dois a 18 anos que abordavam tecnologias educacionais para o manejo de sintomas relacionados à doença e ao tratamento. As buscas ocorreram em sete recursos informacionais, utilizando-se EndNote Web e Rayyan para exclusão de duplicatas e seleção dos estudos. As informações foram sintetizadas em quadros para análise descritiva. Resultados: a amostra final reuniu 24 artigos internacionais, que apresentaram diversidade de tecnologias digitais, como aplicativos, websites, redes sociais, jogos, vídeos, musicoterapia e robôs humanoides. Identificaram-se também desenhos, contação de histórias, jogos simbólicos, fichas e abordagens mistas que combinam materiais digitais e físicos. Essas ferramentas ampliam o acesso a informações, estimulam autonomia e fortalecem o autocuidado. Conclusão: as tecnologias educacionais são estratégias eficazes para promover saúde e qualidade de vida, sendo essenciais na prática de enfermagem.
