Construction of a realistic simulation scenario on skin-to-skin contact for nursing students / Construção de cenário de simulação realística sobre contato pele a pele para estudantes de enfermagem

Objetivo: construir um cenário de simulação realística sobre o contato pele a pele no parto do recém-nascido para o preparo de estudantes de enfermagem. Método: estudo metodológico realizado entre abril e julho de 2025, desenvolvido em três etapas: revisão na literatura; organização do conteúdo; e construção do cenário de simulação realística, mediante definição de objetivos, competências, papéis da equipe, briefing, debriefing e fidelidade. Resultados: a literatura destacou benefícios do contato pele a pele imediato, como regulação térmica, estabilidade cardiorrespiratória, menor estresse e estímulo à amamentação precoce. O cenário reproduziu a sala de parto com manequins, mesa obstétrica, berço aquecido simulado, campos estéreis e prontuário clínico, com sequência de ações e papéis definidos. O cenário busca favorecer a aplicação de técnicas de assistência neonatal e comunicação terapêutica. Conclusão: o cenário foi construído mediante rigor científico e metodológico visando contribuir para o desenvolvimento de competências necessárias ao contato pele a pele imediato.
