Valores personales y profesionales de la enfermería a la luz del modelo teórico de schwartz: revisión del alcance

Objetivo: mapear los valores personales y profesionales de las enfermeras, organizándolos en una estructura teórica basada en el modelo refinado de Schwartz. Método: revisión exploratoria realizada según las directrices del Instituto Joanna Briggs, con búsquedas en las bases de datos Cochrane Library, EMBASE, LILACS, MEDLINE, Scopus, ScienceDirect y Web of Science, utilizando los descriptores “Valores Sociales”, “Competencia Profesional” y “Ética Profesional”, sin restricciones temporales. Resultados: Se extrajeron 108 ítems de valor, agrupados en 66 categorías distintas. Los valores más recurrentes incluyeron Inclusión Humanista, Ambiente Terapéutico, Compromiso Social, Confianza Mutua, Cuidado Altruista, Satisfacción, Motivación, Independencia, Autodesarrollo, Reputación, Liderazgo Consultivo, Liderazgo Organizacional, Desempeño, Humildad, Tradición, Profesionalismo, Armonía, Protección Integral y Protección Colectiva. Consideraciones finales: los resultados muestran que los valores personales y profesionales influyen en la toma de decisiones clínicas y son esenciales para una práctica ética y humanizada. El marco teórico propuesto puede sustentar políticas de gestión y formación, fortaleciendo el compromiso ético de la enfermería.
