Personal and professional values of nursing in the light of schwartz's theoretical model: scope review / Valores pessoais e profissionais da enfermagem à luz do modelo teórico de schwartz: revisão de escopo

Objetivo: mapear os valores pessoais e profissionais dos enfermeiros, organizando-os em uma estrutura teórica com base no modelo refinado de Schwartz. Método: revisão de escopo realizada conforme as diretrizes do Joanna Briggs Institute, com busca nas bases Cochrane Library, EMBASE, LILACS, MEDLINE, Scopus, ScienceDirect e Web of Science, utilizando os descritores "Valores Sociais", "Competência Profissional" e "Ética Profissional", sem restrições temporais. Resultados: foram extraídos 108 itens de valores, agrupados em 66 categorias distintas. Os valores mais recorrentes incluíram Inclusão Humanista, Ambiente Terapêutico, Engajamento Social, Confiança Mútua, Cuidado Altruísta, Satisfação, Motivação, Independência, Autodesenvolvimento, Reputação, Liderança Consultiva, Liderança Organizacional, Desempenho, Humildade, Tradição, Profissionalismo, Harmonia, Proteção Integrada e Proteção Coletiva. Considerações finais: os resultados evidenciam que os valores pessoais e profissionais influenciam a tomada de decisões clínicas e são essenciais para uma prática ética e humanizada. A estrutura teórica proposta pode subsidiar políticas de gestão e formação, fortalecendo o compromisso ético da enfermagem.
